Terms & Conditions of Repair

By bringing / sending in your device for repair, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data held on your device(s).
  • Any software related issues come with a very high risk of data loss.
  • We advise you remove any sim/memory card(s) and keep them safe, by leaving them in the device you accept full responsibility in the unlikely event they may not to be returned.
  • A full functionality test will be carried out before & after the repair, if we are not able to carry out a test before we cannot be held responsible for any issues other than the requested repair.
  • We offer 12 months warranty on all repairs other than power, battery & charging related issues (these come with 3 months warranty) Warranty on a liquid damaged device will be advised after inspection.
  • The warranty covers the parts we replace & does not cover liquid or physical damage.
  • We are not able to hold any device(s) more than 30 days due to insurance purposes. Anything after this will be recycled (we will attempt to contact you before this happens).
  • If you choose to ship your device(s) we will not be responsible for any damage caused in transit, we will notify you once unpacked if any damage is noticed and you will need to take it up with the courier that delivered it to us.
